You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all medical information you provide. We strongly recommend reviewing and updating your details quarterly or after any health status change. This service does not validate or verify the medical data you enter.
All personal and medical data is protected using industry-standard encryption. While we implement rigorous security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against sophisticated cyber threats and are not liable for breaches resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. You will receive notification of any confirmed data breach within 72 hours.
When your card is scanned in an emergency situation, you consent to responders accessing only the medical information fields you have explicitly set as visible (default: blood type and emergency contacts). All access events are recorded with location and timestamp. This access cannot be interrupted during active rescue operations.
This service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any medical consequences, treatment delays, or third-party misuse resulting from card use. This card serves as supplemental identification - you must always carry official medical identification documents as primary proof.
You may deactivate your card at any time through your account dashboard, which will immediately prevent access to your medical information. Upon deactivation, core medical records are retained for 7 years to comply with U.S. healthcare regulations (42 CFR 482.24), while other personal data is deleted within 30 days. Users aged 13-17 require parental consent for activation.
